With two decades of experience in sustainability, environmental advocacy and global communications, Mindy has become a critical resource for municipalities navigating the New York State Climate Smart Communities program and companies tackling sustainability goals. She is a New York State Woman of Distinction and a Nassau County Trailblazer of the New Millennium. Germain is also a Long Island Trustee of the Energeia Partnership and has been recognized by the American Water Works Association for service to the drinking water profession. Mindy serves as Vice President of a premiere environmental and quality of life organization Residents Forward, which provides her tremendous experience organizing and conducting public outreach.

Michelle Shain is the insightful graphic designer behind many Eco Leap projects. Shain has worked for over 20 years designing information in a dramatic and user-friendly way. Shain works across different mediums (video, web, social media and print) utilizing photography, illustration, striking composiiton, font design and hand lettering to tell stories and convey important information.
Neil is an Eco Leap strategist and copywriter. He leverages science to develop strategies and creative that sparks behavior change at the neural level. Neil has a master’s degree in neuropsychology and over 15 years in global agencies including The Mosaic Group FCB, and The CloudArmy Neuroscience Inc., and NeuroFire Consulting.
Kaitlin is an Environmental Policy, Institutions and Behavior major at Rutgers University that joined Eco Leap as a sustainability intern in June of 2023 focused on research and municipal climate action planning.
